Testing Session Signup

Below is the official sign up for for SMARC VE testing. Though we will generally not turn away walk-ins from testing, you MUST complete this form at the door and have your FRN number attached before you can be seated and take the test. Due to a fluctuation in testing, we highly recommend signing up ahead and of time walk-ins may be turned away if we reach capacity. You can also pay in advance so you don’t have to bring cash!
