Best place to start a conversation??

  Hi,
  I’m wondering where the best place to ask question is, here or through FB message or email. I’d think a forum is the best place, but it doesn’t look like anyone uses this.

  We need to do better about promoting these boards. I set this up originally with the new site but it was one corner of it. The main thing was the membership section and such. But, we can start using it now!

  I actually agree; the forums don’t stand out. Having to find them under the “Members” menu is not doing discoverability any favors – people in general fear the unknown and aren’t really willing to explore to find out what’s there. Moving the forums link to the main navigation bar at the top of the home page, and not in a sub-menu, is probably the best way to surface visibility of the forums.
  
  Making an announcement on the home page, maybe also in the newsletter, reminding people of the forums would be another good idea.
