Just a brief run down of the activities for the weekend:

National Weather Service open House Saturday Oct. 23 9-3. There is a risk of severe storms over the weekend. It is possible that there may be changes to the Open House in the event of a severe outbreak, but I do encourage you to go check out how they get the warnings out to all 37 counties they cover. They also will release a weather balloon at some point in the day.

Tour de Bass will be ongoing throughout the day. Watch for bicycles as they encircle the metro area.

SMARC Fox Hunt, potluck and HF under the stars. We will have this event rain or shine. There is a pole barn there and I have been assured we have space to have all our events without fail! Bring a dish to share and a lawn chair to sit on. If weather cooperates, we will also have a bonfire. We will meet at the Red Cross around 3pm to caravan/carpool out.
