–Regular Announcements
–The Southwest Missouri Amateur Radio Club meeting will be the third Saturday of the month at 5PM. This months meeting will be May 18th
–Testing Will also be available at 3-4PM for anyone of those who want to either get there technician license or if you are wanting to upgrade to a general or extra class. The Fee for this test will be $15.
–Any one listening interested in becoming a licensed amateur radio operator should attend a meeting.

 

–What’s happening in Ham Radio–

–OMAR Antenna Build– Coming up April 27th is the OMAR Antenna Party at Faith Lutheran Church on 1517 E Valley Water Mill Rd.  Same location as the hamfest.  The event will get started around 9am.  Bring a project or idea, or just come by for some Ham Fellowship!  A fish fry will start around noon, bring a potato if you want to eat!  All are welcome to attend.

–Civil Air Patrol Flyin–Civil Air Patrol fly in–Saturday, May 18 Springfield,

We plan to be there set up to run radios and shake hands with the public!
